Matt Heilman

Matt Heilman grew up in Middleton, Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After graduating from college, he spent 16 years as a high school English teacher and varsity soccer coach at Verona Area High School.

In 2015, Matt decided it was time for a change. He took a big leap of faith and left the world of education to pursue a new career. He got his real estate license and has been working in residential real estate since January of 2015.

In his first year selling real estate, Matt was the top selling rookie at his company and was among the top fifth of best selling realtors in the company overall. He works for Keller Williams Realty and has started his own LLC called Matt Heilman Homes.

Eric Hovde

EricHovdeBusinessman Eric Hovde leads multiple companies. As CEO of Hovde Properties, LLC, Eric oversees the management of the company and of all major development projects; serves as Chairman and CEO of H Bankcorp, a $1.3 billion private bank holding company; and is the founder and CEO of asset management firm Hovde Capital Advisors, LLC. Additionally, Eric founded the Hovde Foundation with his brother Steven Hovde to pursue two primary causes: support clinical research to find a cure for Multiple Sclerosis and provide charitable relief for children in desperate need around the world. The foundation has built Hovde Houses for children in Mexico, Peru, Ghana, Rwanda, Kenya, and Guatemala thus far. The foundation also helps homeless families in Eric’s hometown of Madison, Wisconsin.

Eric studied economics and international relations at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He is married and has two daughters.
